  • 1/3 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 small eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green onion, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Oil spray, for greasing

Simple Breakfast Frittata Directions

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
    2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked crumbled sausage, lightly beaten eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green bell pepper, green onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
    3. Lightly grease a cake pan that fits inside the air fryer basket with oil spray.
    4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared cake pan.
    5. Air fry for 18–20 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
    6. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
